Support offerings
2025 Virtual Support Schedule
Our virtual support group is for local perinatal loss parents walking the journey of miscarriage/stillbirth/neonatal loss to find peer and professional support in the postpartum period. In 2025, we will be hosting monthly groups, including our popular Live Q&A with Licensed Providers in collaboration with Postpartum Support International NJ Chapter and the Cooperative.

Our virtual groups are open to all family members navigating the postpartum period after loss with a loved one and is supported by our parent/family advocates. Cameras/sharing are always optional and couples are encouraged. Our virtual groups are generally held at 6 PM EST via Google Meet.

In Person Support Events
Over the past eight years, Three Little Birds has hosted a variety of support events focusing on physical, emotional and spiritual healing. These events have seen hundreds of perinatal loss families and advocates find healing and connection and helped us develop a community of support for one another. This includes our legacy project events, signature events, support groups and attendance at community events hosted by others. Below is an overview of the events we have hosted:
Bereaved Mother’s Day Spa Retreat and Memorial Butterfly Release -1st Sunday in May
This event has hosted more than 100 loss mothers for a day of connection, healing and pampering at Float Haven Spa in Pitman, NJ. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, we will not be hosting this event in 2025. Read more about our past events here:

2024 event sponsored by Inspira Health
Signature event – Bereaved Father's Day Event – (June) - Three Little Birds has hosted an event dedicated to dads since 2021. This includes a BBQ/disc golf competition and an outing to the Phillies game. These events are sponsored through various legacy projects by local loss families to support dads/non birthing parents. Due to growing interest, we are looking to host our event in 2025 as a support and fundraising event. Check back for more details and learn more about past events here:

Our 2025 Wave of Light event will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Details to follow.
Signature event – Wave of Light (October) - Three Little Birds hosts it's marquee event, the Wave of Light, annually in honor Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. This event has grown from a dozen families at a public park to a large, catered event since our founding. Most recently, we hosted more than 70 bereaved families and their loved ones to an evening of comfort, connection and remembrance. Read more about our marquee event over the years below:

Virtua Perinatal Bereavement Conference - Voorhees, NJ - This biannual event hosts regional perinatal loss providers and advocates to a day of education, resources sharing and instruction by bereavement experts.
