Three Little Birds Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support is excited to announce our scholarship winners! We originally were going to give away six scholarships, but we received so many applications we decided to give away scholarships to 10 bighearted individuals!
The virtual portion of our training begins July 11th and includes videos and topical content developed by Three Little Birds to support the unique and diverse grief and healing from pregnancy and infant loss. The last day is our hands-on, in person training that will bring all of the content together and offer trainees training in providing the gift of infant remembrance portraiture to families in the Philadelphia/South Jersey region.
By training advocates to volunteer their time to go bedside, we are able to expand our footprint through the region and ensure each family walking the journey of stillbirth and neonatal loss have equal access to the free resources and support available to them through Three Little Birds!
This past May, Three Little Birds launched this training program at Jefferson Health in Washington Township, NJ. Six clinicians serving labor and delivery and NICU as nurses and midwives received their certificates and provided positive feedback and rave reviews. It was even featured on KYW Newsradio!
