Three Little Birds Perinatal is an inclusive space for all parents experiencing loss in their family building journeys in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey region. We are a peer-led, volunteer and community based organization that, unfortunately, continues to grow. There are several ways you can get involved with our nest.

• If you are experiencing perinatal loss - We encourage you to add your email to our distribution list. This will provide you with details on our virtual and in-person support group offerings, our signature and special events, resources and more. We have several different support offerings to meet the varied needs of our community.

• If you are a care provider supporting perinatal loss - It is equally important to us to serve the care providers supporting perinatal loss families. We have developed several meaningful relationships with nurses, physicians, funeral/disposition providers, social workers, etc, since our founding. Through these relationships, we have learned there is very little education provided in these fields on how to support perinatal bereavement. This inspired Three Little Birds to develop our Perinatal Bereavement Training Program for Professionals and Advocates. In addition to taking our training, we offer perinatal care providers, mental health professionals, lactation consultants opportunities to collaborate with our nest with programs that offset financial burdens faced by families in these tragedies. • Create a legacy project with us - Three Little Birds offers families opportunities to explore their grief, connect with other loss families and creating meaningful ways to honor their baby while raising awareness for the perinatal loss community. These projects range from on-going fundraisers that produce comfort and support items to large events that bring family and loved ones together to create annual memorials that further bond our community. • Volunteer with us - For families that are not interested in hosting a legacy project or event, they can still give back to the nest by joining our Ambassador Program. This group meets monthly virtually to brainstorm fundraising opportunities, community events we can participate in and work collaboratively to expand our services and programs to make them more accessible to both patients and providers at the time of loss. • Become a Community Sponsor - We provide our services to the families in our nest at no cost to them. Families already face so many unexpected financial burdens when experiencing perinatal loss; therefore, we rely on the support of local providers, business, grant makers and private donors to support our mission. Monetary or in-kind donations towards our general operating fund, events and programs can be made through our Fiscal Sponsor, FNC Philly.
