Help bring Three Little Birds directly to your community
Our organization is growing fast! In order to keep up with the demands for our services, we need to move deeper into the community to find more Program Sponsors, Community Partners or Sponsors! We are seeking to find representatives for each County in our service region to help us with monthly goals for outreach, finding avenues for funding and more!
How to get involved!
If you can dedicate 10 hours a month, you can make a tremendous impact on Three Little Birds and your own local community! Here is an overview of what we will be doing!

-
Meet virtually on the second Wednesday of the month to go over needs and monthly goals! (+/-1 hour)
-
You have all month to complete tasks to help us meet these goals and will have access to all shared documents and information you need. (12-15 hours/month - most likely less!)
-
Attend community events where you live/work to raise awareness, funds and share resources
-
Find avenues for fundraising and events
Additional opportunities
We are expanding quickly and are in need of support in several areas. We are seeking volunteers who can provide:

-
Social media management/engagement - In addition to our Facebook and Instagram pages, we also host a private Facebook support group. We are seeking a volunteer with professional social media experience to offer strategies and ideas to increase engagement on both platforms, as well as explore media expansion on new social media platforms and means. Please email us to let us know if you are interested.
-
Grant Writing/Fundraising Specialist - Three Little Birds is seeking a talented grant writer to find opportunities for funding to help keep our services at no cost. This includes seeking RFPs for local/national grantmakers to avenues through local/national corporations and foundations. Please email us to let us know if you are interested.

Ideal candidates
Anyone can be a Three Little Birds Ambassador! No skills are required except the desire to help others and build our community. These positions are open to both moms and dads! Ideally, we would like to fill three positions per County in our current service region! We are seeking:

-
Individuals with administrative backgrounds that can research and organize data utilizing Microsoft Office (no special skills required!)
-
Individuals that can get out into the community to take meetings or distribute resources – this can be a nice thing for couples to do together!
-
Those with limited/unusual schedules that can’t participate in other volunteer activities that occur during the day/week.
-
Volunteers from last year’s Wave of Light that want to be involved again this year!
-
You do not need to be a loss parent, just a volunteer with a big heart who wants to support our mission.

We miss her every single day but are so grateful to have the chance to help other families who are going through this tremendous loss.

In memory of Maya

In May of 2022 I lost my daughter Maya. At first, I wasn’t ready to accept help. But when I was, Three Little Birds welcomed me with open arms. I would like to be supportive to any families that are dealing with loss. This is a group no one wants to have to be a part of, but it’s a group that brings light to a a very dark time.
